We will try our best to ensure that orders CONFIRMED before 12pm (WITA - Central Indonesia Time) on business days will be handed over to the courier in the same day, with delivery within days - depending on your location and your selected courier and shipment service.
Orders received and confirmed over the weekend (starting from Friday 1:00pm) will be dispatched on the following Monday or business day.
Our online orders are dispatched from Kuta, Bali. For all estimate delivery date time is depend on each courier and counting from the package start to delivered by courier.
*During the busy Ramadan/Lebaran and Christmas period, the 12pm deadline does not apply.
A unique tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped by your selected courier. You can track it's progress on each courier's platform. Let us know if any help or information needed.
If you're not at the address when the courier attempts delivery they will try to contact to either nominate another delivery time, or direct you to your nearest local courier's office where you can pick up your parcel. Your parcel will need to be signed for.
