Brisa held off India Robinson in the final, later saying:

"I'm so happy to win and to have all the support from my amazing family and friends, it's a really special moment for me. India is a great competitor, I'm so proud of her and I believe she deserves to be at the top. It was definitely back-to-back and the waves totally changed and I was grateful I got that wave at the end."

Brisa’s pathway to victory was as smooth as could be, defeating an array of in-form surfers to claim her first-ever Challenger Series victory. Brisa is now ranked 1st in the Challenger Series, overtaking Hawaii’s Gabriela Bryan.

In the Final, Hennessy secured an early solid score and then followed up with a nail-bitting finish, answering a 7.83 scored by Robinson to secure an excellent-range 8.40 and to seal the deal on her first-ever Roxy Pro France victory.

The next and final stop on the 2021 Challenger Series will bring some of the world's best surfers to Haleiwa, Hawaii from November 26 - December 7, 2021.
